short entry for someone spesel

Entry ni spesel utk org yg sgt spesel di hati saya..ahahahaha (gaya syid gelak)..kuehkuehkuehkueh (gaya edd gelak)  :-"> 
org spesel tu adalah syid ngn edd...hikhikhik (gaya pooh gelak)


Memandangkan aritu masa skype aku yg beria nk wat puding roti dn korang
pun beria skali nk buat juga n tanya resepi, nah ini resepi dia. heheheh....

Bahan-bahan :

Roti (tak kisah roti apa, gardenier, roti wat sardin, high 5 asal halal).
susu segar (beli je dlm kotak yg dutch lady ke..biasa aku beli yg tu lah)
Gula (ada org ckp gula halus tp kdg2 aku guna gula biasa je yg wat bancuh air tu)
mentega (marjerin, butter dan apa2la seumpamanya).
Telur (2 biji cukup da)
esen vanilla (1 sudu kecil cam biasa)
Tepung jagung (ada org tak letak, tp aku slalu wat puding letak tepung jagung, 1 sudu besar da ok)


Cara2 :

Amek roti n susun dalam loyang (xkisah segi brape loyang).

Pastu roti direndam ngn susu segar (bajet2la sndiri)

Pastu baru masukkan gula, mentega, telur, esen vanilla n tepung jagung (smua yg ni di gaul rata
dulu baru masukkan dlm loyang tu).

Pastu boleh bakar. dlm 180 degree Cel sampai masak.. dlm 30 minit da masak kot.

kalau rasa nk masukkan kismis pun boleh..sedap jugak. beli kismis kt kedai masukkan sebelum bakar.

Pastu makanlah.



OK la Syid, edd... kalau tak sedap tu bukan salah resepi, salah korang yg buat. ehehehehe.....

skarang apa aku rasa ngidam jugak ialah kek batik, puding marble (yg boh coklat tu).

bestnyaaa...nyumnyum :-d

petua basuh membasuh....




ni bgus tuk org yg keje opis specially cikgu2 yg berwibawa, lecturer2 yg yg rajin marking paper dan org yg ada ank2 yg suke conteng baju dorang ngn pen.


bila kena pen kt baju ke tudung ke..boleh guna susu utk tanggalkan dia ngn mudah. Cara mudah sajer..boleh guna susu jenis apa shj. anelene...susu pekat manis..dutch lady dll. Letak je susu tu kt tmpat kena dakwat...cth susu anelene kan, letak sesudu kt kat dakwat, letak air skit pastu perap skejap biar resap dlm dakwat susu tu...then baru basuh. settle.



kalo kena darah lak camana...?? besa org guna sabun mndi kan. tp ada cara lg yg lebih berkesan yaitu ngn menggunakan minuman. hehe...coke, pepsi ke..boleh la tu. tuang je coke situ...pastu ok. dah. o ye..boleh jugak guna air rendam ngn garam nk ilang darah.

petua2 di atas di jamin oleh lever brothers.....tp sy tak try lg. kalo rosak tanggungjwb sendiri....ehehehehe

How To Trust Part 2



How to trust again after been cheated on in the past.


Every relationship put dents in our hearts and we tend to hold on to them in future relationships. The first step is forgiveness. Forgive the mate that cheated in the past. Not face to face but mentally. Let that hurt go.



Give your new mate the benefit of doubt. Don't accuse them of stuff even if the situation is similar to a past situation. Trust them until you have a reason not too. A in your face reason.



Thank your past mate who hurt you in the past for the experience and teaching you and take that lesson as a stepping stone to finding the mate of your dreams.

How to Learn to Trust Again



When another person’s actions have shattered your ability to trust, it can be very difficult to learn to trust again. Some people never move past a broken heart. However, you can learn to trust again, even after being deeply wounded in a past relationship. You do not have to allow a person’s untrustworthiness to taint all future relationships. Here is how to learn to trust again.



Recognize the need to trust again. Some people fool themselves into believing that they do not need to have close relationships in their lives. However, human beings are social creatures, and need one another. Without trust, you cannot have a close relationship. Without a close relationship, life can seem empty.



Acknowledge areas in which you already trust. Many people, especially those who experienced deep betrayal in childhood through abuse, believe that they are unable to trust anyone in any fashion. But this is simply untrue. Even the most jaded person generally trusts the waiter to bring him food in a restaurant, or the mail carrier to deliver the mail to his mailbox.



Understand that one person does not have to meet all of your needs. Many people search for that one person with whom they can share their entire heart. This is not necessary in order to learn to trust again. What matters is that all of your needs are met. You can accomplish this by trusting different people with different needs.



Look for people who are trustworthy. The way a person treats others is a good indicator of how she might treat you. If she tells you the intimate details of another person’s life, she is likely to betray your confidence as well. However, if she never says an unkind word about another person, she is unlikely to speak poorly of you to others, either.



Ease into a new relationship slowly. Start by sharing small confidences and see what happens. If the person breaches a small confidence, you do not want to trust him with a larger one. However, as the person shows he is trustworthy in the smaller things, you can feel more confident about trusting him with the bigger things.



Trust yourself to be okay if you are betrayed. In many cases, the fear of trusting another person is more about your own fear of not being able to handle a betrayal. If you fear you will fall apart if the other person breaks your trust, you will be less likely to trust again. However, if you are confident you are going to be okay even if the other person lets you down, it will be much easier for you to learn to trust again.



Be patient with your progress. After you have been betrayed, it can be a challenge to learn to trust again. Give yourself the time and space you need to ease back into trusting another person again.

Kempen STOP SMOKING 3 !!!



Mulakan Berenti Merokok Sekarang


1) Yakinkan diri. Set mind yang anda tidak akan merokok lg.


2) Buat persiapan. Buang smua rokok yg ada dlm laci, dlm poket, dlm keter, bawah katil dan juga bekas abu rokok. bagi derma kat jiran pun xpe kalo dia nak.


3) Buat nota peringatan dan galakan. Ini mcm masa nak exam la kita tulis 'gud luck' besar2 pastu letak sbelah katil. Takpun letak atas meja kerja atau tmpat yg anda slalu merokok kat rumah.


4) Do it. Ada orang panggil cara 'cold turkey'. Pada hr yg dah di azamkan tak mau merokok maka anda lngsung jgn sentuh rokok. coba..


5) Fokus pada hari yang dilalui. Fokus pd apa yg anda buat, kerja dan beri pujian setiap kali anda berjaya lepasi halangan gian rokok.


6) Fikir Positif. Fikirkan yg anda bukan seorang perokok lg. Kalo kawan2 hulurkan rokok bgtau dia 'tima kasih, sy tak merokok'. kalo kawan2 gelak buat derrk je. (ni kwn2 yg da kenal kita kaki rokok).


7) Bgtau family and rakan. Minta sokongan dan kerjasama diorang. Mesti depa gembira nk bekerjasama. jgn risau or malu.


8) Melawan keinginan merokok. Cuba lawan keinginan pertama. Bila berjaya yang pertama anda telah maju untuk menjadi seorang yang tidak merokok.

Bagi perokok2 tegar yang telah menyedari akan hakikat sifat bahaya yg ada pada rokok dan ada niat murni untuk memulakan langkah berenti smoking, maka di bawah ini adalah step2 awal/asas.



Sebab utama mendorong anda berenti merokok.


Azam mesti kuat..tak boleh main2. So sebagai bukti yang anda memang beria nak berenti merokok anda mesti menulis sebab2 utama kenapa anda mau berenti smoking. Eg :


Sebab-sebab utama saya berenti merokok ialah :

1) Sebab peparu sy sudah kronik disebabkan rokok

2) Azam baru selepas kahwin

3) Kekasih mau tinggalkan saya jika saya tidak berenti merokok.




Apa menghalang anda berenti merokok


Anda mesti merasa sgt susah dan tidak yakin akan berjaya pada mula2 mau berenti merokok. Biasala kan bile nk ubah sesuatu yg dah jd hobi semulajadi. So anda kena fikirkan jugak apa yang mungkin jadi penghalang anda drpd berenti merokok. Eg :


Saya bimbang saya akan

1) Berat badan bertambah

2) Tahap ketensenan meningkat

3) Gian




Sekarang anda boleh tampal kat tepi meja tulis, tepi katil, meja kerja, dalam almari or diari anda supaya anda boleh slalu baca dan convincekan diri anda yg anda memang nk berenti merokok. no excuse lg. Jdkan ia sebagai panduan asas. Segala penghalang pasti boleh di atasi. ;-d

Kempen STOP SMOKING!!!



Baru-baru ni UTAR 'launch'kan kempen berenti merokok. So dgn sifat tanggungjawab yg ada kt diri ni saya spreadkan ini kempen ke blog.



Buat keputusan berenti merokok


Kat bawah ni sbb2 kenapa anda PERLU berenti merokok NOW ...hehe


1) Hidup lebih lama. Rokok memendekkan umo tau.


2) Rokok tu ada racun...cam anda ni sdg hisap racun la lebih kurang.


3) Cegah pennyakit. Besanya 'smoker man' ni cpt kena kanser peparu, jantung, strok, ulser.


4) Melindungi org lain. Cuba ingat family jgk ye. Kak ipar sy slalu 'halau' abg sy kluar kalo nk mrokok. asap tu bahye tau...


5) Meningkat kecergasan. Xde la cpt penat wpun masih muda. stamina kuat.


6) Meningkat deria rasa dan hidu. Makanan pun xrasa best kalo kuat rokok. rase rokokje best.


7) Kulit lebih sihat. kalo merokok kulit berkedut seribu.


8) Nafas segar.


9) Jimat wang. ni sgt penting. kalo rokok 2 kotak sehari, 1 kotak rm3 da rm6 sari abes. bazir jek.


10) Melindungi alam sekitar. hmm..ni kira perokok2 mmg tak syg alm sekitar. asap rokok tu cemar udara.



dan ni faedah tambahan utk kaum lelaki



11) Tingkatkan kesuburan. merokok byk sgt boleh sebabkan kelainan pd sperma (keupayaan bergerak, struktur xnormal, etc.)


12) Kelelakian meningkat. Ni penting gak...merokok sebabkan mati pucuk. memang kena renungkan dlm2. Susah nk dptkan ereksi atau keadaan tegang pd alat kelamin yg terjejas akibat pembuluh darah pd alat kelamin jd lemah. ish3..takot
